Consulting with a Purpose

U.S. Air Force veteran Vivien Wu has managed respect, accountability and communications concerns for over two decades. As the first Asian female pilot in an elite Air Force Special Operations combat unit, she has experienced the fears, frustration and stress that many leaders and teams face daily in their personal and professional lives. Through this military experience, her personal journey has led to earning multiple advanced degrees in understanding human social interactions and how to guide oneself to higher performance in the face of challenge and stress.

She continues to consult with members of the U.S. Air Force Academy to mentor and guide cadets while providing world-class business training and mentoring services in affiliation with Legacy Business Cultures and Ardaithe Consulting.
