Behind Penguins Can Fly

PCF Consulting, or Penguins Can Flywas started with one goal in mind:

To help others achieve what they think is unachieveable.

It is scientifically proven that penguins cannot sustain flight.  But in the right environment--the deep cold waters off of Antarctica--penguins are seen soaring through the water like

a falcon in the prairies.

Throughout my career in the military and then as a civilian mentoring cadets, high school students, even top CEOs, I often heard "I can't do that" and "no one like me does that."  You cannot achieve what you do not try.  Don't let bias, stereotypes, or that little voice in your head tell you that you are not good enough, strong enough, or smart enough to achieve anything.

Penguins Can Fly and so can you!
